My partner and I recently completed a home in Serenity Equine Estates. Overall it was a tough build, but one of the highlights of the building experience was working with Justin and associates with Blue Grass Home Entertainment. Justin and his team are professional, cordial, always pleasant to work with, and most of all knowledgeable about the product and industry. We installed home automation in the entire house and Justin made the process seamless and enjoyable. Even better, they are very competitive in price and offer a better product for the money than their competitors. I can't say enough good things about Justin, his team, and the business as a whole. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for all your home entertainment, lighting, and home automation needs. Thank you again Justin for a wonderful experience!

Dan met with me and we discussed options and my Bose System. Joe and Alex arrived prepared to install. Joe and Alex were two of the best installers/technicians I have ever met. Great experience overall! Joe greeted us by the door on day one and was very accommodating towards our needs and patient with our lackluster understanding of home theaters. Our room turned out exactly how we wanted it. We ran into some speed bumps and hiccups along the way in other areas of our home but BHE kept us informed the entire time. I would highly recommend them and will reach out to them in the future when we decide to expand/upgrade our current system!

On budget on time on point. Justin Park and his team were professional and personable throughout the experience. They were on budget and showed up when they promised. Couldn’t recommend anyone else more highly for these types of services than Justin and his team at Bluegrass home entertainment. Very pleased customer.

We decided to build a smart home and hired BHE to do everything. From start to finish they were amazing, and they still continue to give us great support. Justin helped design the layout and has always been available if we have any questions or needed to change or add features. Our installers, Eric and Dan are about as good as they get. No need to look elsewhere as BHE is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable when it comes to making your house smart.

After our move to Lexington, Bluegrass Home Entertainment mounted and hooked up our TV's and sound bars in our new home. They did an excellent and high-quality job! We highly recommend them!

We had a home entertainment system and security system installed and everything was amazing. Logan was very beneficial in helping us decide the layout and what all was needed. Alex and Joe were the techs we had and they were awesome. Very knowledgeable and very respectful. Would highly recommend using them for any needs in the future.

We are an older, retired couple having a lot of problems with our sound system on our TV. We called BHE for help. Logan responded promptly and came out to look, assessed the issue quickly & efficiently & made it so much easier for us to use! I don’t normally write reviews but was so impressed by his professionalism & knowledge I want others needing help to reach out to this company. I cannot recommend Bluegrass Home Entertainment enough to anyone looking to add a media room or home theater to your house. Brandon took care of me with the dimensions of the room I wanted for the media room. Very professional and installation was excellent. I live about two hours away from the store. The technicians made the trip and got everything installed in a day. After they were done you would not have known they’d been there. Great installation and extremely professional.
